Ingredients
2 1/2 CUP FRESHLY GROUND CORN MEAL
1 TSP SALT
1 TSP SODA
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 CUP MILK/BUTTER OR SWEET
1 EACH EGG
1/2 CUP OIL
1/4 CUP HONEY
8 OZ GRATED CHEESE/CHEDDER OR PEPPERJACK
1 CUP WHOLE KERNAL CORN

Step by Step Instructions
  1. MEASURE DRY INGREDIENTS INTO MIXING BOWL.
  2. ADD LIQUIDS AND MIX JUST UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  3. DROP BY SPOONFULS INTO GREASED MUFFIN PAN.
  4. BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 15-20 MINUTES.
