Ingredients

Plums (halved & pitted)
1/2 tablespoon
Olive oil
1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon
Salt
1/8 teaspoon
Pepper
6 cups
Arugula
1/4 cup
Chives (chopped)
1/8 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1/2 tablespoon
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Step by Step Instructions
- Toss the plums with the olive oil, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the plums over medium-high heat, turning to soften and char. Cut the plums in half again.
- Toss the plums with arugula, chives, lemon juice, and the additional cinnamon and olive oil. Season the salad to taste with salt & pepper, then serve.
