Cumin
1/4 teaspoon
Cardamon
1/4 teaspoon
Allspice
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Ginger
1/4 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons
Kosher salt
3 cloves
Garlic (minced)

Lamb chops
2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
Fresh cilantro (chopped)
Step by Step Instructions
- Mix the spices & salt together in a bowl. Rub the minced garlic onto the lamb chops, then sprinkle the chops with the spice mixture.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet, then cook the lamb chops over moderately high heat for about 6 minutes, turning once.
- Put the lamb chops onto plates, then serve garnished with fresh cilantro.
