Vegetarian!
Ingredients
6 cups
Cooked, cooled quinoa
1 1/2 cups
crumbled Feta cheese
12-16 oz
vinaigrette or Italian dressing(any kind)
3/4 cup
diced green bell pepper
1/2-3/4 cup
diced onion
1/2 cup
diced celery
1/2 cup
diced olives
Salt and pepper to taste
